Payments, Promos, & Gifts Cards

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also accept payment through Paypal, and our E-Gift cards. We take fraud very seriously so all credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorization by both us and the card issuer.

When will I be charged for my order?

If your card is authorized, payment will be taken immediately, and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful. If your card is not authorized, payment will not be taken, and we'll email to let you know that your bank or card issuer wouldn't authorize the payment.

How do I use a Promo Code?

Enter the code into the‘Promo Code’box exactly as it was given to you without any spaces. Once code has accurately been entered, click the‘Apply Code’button. When the code has been applied to your order, you'll see the promo value and the total of your order will change to reflect the code. Note that you can only use ONE promo code per order which includes our free shipping codes too. Please be sure to check the terms of the Promo Code, as they each have terms of conditions and expiry dates. Promo codes cannot be applied to a E-Gift card purchases.

How do I use my E-Gift card?

Enter the provided code into the ‘Gift Card’ box exactly as it was given to you and click ‘Apply Gift Card’. When the E-Gift Card has been applied to your order, you'll see the gift card value and the total of your order will change to reflect the code.

Shipping and Returns

How much is US domestic shipping?

$7.00 Standard Priority Shipping (3-5 business days), $22.00 Priority Express Shipping (2 business days), and FREE Standard Priority Shipping on all orders over $120. We typically ship using USPS.

How much is International shipping?

Canada

$20.00 Standard USPS First Class International Shipping (2-4 weeks).

Rest of The World

$25.00 Standard USPS First Class International Shipping (2-4 weeks). All International shipping comes with insurance.

Customs and International Order Information

Customs or Import Duties may be charged for orders outside of the United States. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Please contact your local customs office for further information as custom policies and fees vary from country to country. We are unable to provide an estimate of what those charges may be and we have no control over them.

We are unable to track an order once it leaves the United States but please be aware that there may be postal delays or your parcel may be stopped at Customs, we hope that you understand that this is out of our control.

Do you have a pickup option?

We currently have only one pickup location available, which is at Pole Position Dance Studio in White Plains, NY.

What is the processing time and how do I find out my tracking information?

Most orders will be processed within 3-4 business days unless otherwise stated. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once items have been dispatched.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns that have been unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all original tags within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure to wear undergarments when trying on any of the bottoms. We can either refuse the return or charge a 30% restocking fee if the items returned are soiled, altered, washed, and have deodorant marks or makeup stains. We offer refunds to the original form of payment. Original shipping is not refundable and unfortunately, there is not an exchange option. For size changes, you will have to return your purchase and reorder. Please check size chart to be sure of sizes or contact us for further assistance.

How do I return an item?

Please email us at shop@lawsofgravity.co and include your name, order number, and short reason for returning. We will respond with return shipping address. Please return item(s) in with order form in original shipping packaging. Once item(s) have been received, your purchase will be refunded back to the original form of payment. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving item(s) and you will be notified by email that your refund has been processed.

Is my address correct?

Please be sure to double check the shipping information entered before pressing the ‘Order Now’ button, as we are not responsible for “loss of order” or “return to sender” due to incorrect information being provided at time of order.
