Our garments can be both hand washed and machine washed and dried. Machine wash cold. Do not use bleach. Rinse cold. Tumble dry low.

Most styles are made in a polyester / spandex blend that not only allow maximum stretch but garment recovery. The interlock knit materials used, are thick enough as to not be see through. They also have built in moisture wicking properties designed to draw sweat and perspiration away from the skin. The garments do not bleed during washing and should retain original color for a long time.
